Best Cards for Hermione Decks

Decks centered around Hermione Granger Echo generally use high-cost spells to deal as much damage as possible to their opponents. There are several different Hermione decks that are meta.

In general, you want to have at least 3 high-cost spells in your deck. Some of the best ones are: Thunderstorm, Orb of Water, Weasleys’ Wildfire Whiz-Bangs, Avada Kedavra, Confringo, and Glacius Maxima.

You will also want to have some low-cost spells in your deck, and these will generally be used for triggering Hermione Echo ability as often as possible. Some of the best low-cost spells to use are: Oppugno, Broomstick, Nebulus, Inflatus, Incarcerous, Incendio, Atmospheric Charm, and Priori Incantatem.

If you want, you can also add Three-Headed Puppy or Niffler to your deck. Three-Headed Puppy synergizes well with spell decks and Niffler will provide you with additional MP to use on spells.

As for the Companion Cards, the best ones to use are: Hermione Granger, Lotte Turner, Frey Twins, Malfoy Gang, and Ron Weasley. Hermione will copy one of your spells every 10 seconds, which can open up some amazing combos with your high-cost spells. Lotte will grant you extra MP.

Frey Twins and Malfoy Gang are best used with Glacius Maxima, since they will cast it whenever you do, which opens up some amazing combos. Lastly, Ron Weasley will help you deal with creature-heavy decks by neatly gathering all enemy summons and making an opening for you to use AoE spells to clean them up.

Hermione Granger Meta Decks

Deck 1

Cards: Orb of Water, Weasleys’ Wildfire Whiz-Bangs, Confringo, Incendio, Inflatus, Broomstick, Oppugno, Three-Headed Puppy.

Companions: Lotte Turner, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley.

With this deck, you can deal with most situations quite easily. You have Inflatus to set you up for Weasleys’ Wildfire Whiz-Bangs, you can use the Broomstick+Oppugno combo to hit your opponent or escape some dangerous spells. Orb of Water and Incendio will help you deal with enemy summons and also damage your opponent. Lastly, Three-Headed Puppy will help you keep pressure on your opponent.

Deck 2

Cards: Orb of Water, Avada Kedavra, Thunderstorm, Confringo, Incendio, Oppugno, Broomstick, Three-Headed Puppy.

Companions: Lotte Turner, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley

This deck adds Thunderstorm and Avada Kedavra into the mix. With those spells, you can deal heavy damage and instantly eliminate your opponent once Avada Kedavra reaches its full potential. Using Orb of Water can help you eliminate enemy summons and also as a setup for Avada Kedavra.

The biggest downside of this deck is that it requires several legendary cards to reach its full potential.

Deck 3

Cards: Glacius Maxima, Weasleys’ Wildfire Whiz-Bangs, Incarcerous, Confringo, Incendio, Oppugno, Three-Headed Puppy, Priori Incantatem.

Companions: Malfoy Gang, Frey Twins, Hermione Granger.

This deck revolves around setting up big damage combos with Glacius Maxima and Weasleys’ Wildfire Whiz-Bangs. You do so by using your companions, binding your opponent with Incarcerous, and quickly following it up with Glacius Maxima. If executed correctly, this will deal heavy damage to your enemy.

Once you run out of companions, you should use Weasleys’ Wildfire Whiz-Bangs instead of Glacius Maxima. At this point, your enemy will already be quite low on health, as long as you executed everything properly. Confringo and Incendio are mainly used to deal with enemy summons.
