Hello everyone. In this guide, we will cover some meta decks centered around Rubeus Hagrid Echo. Hagrid decks are quite fun to play, and they are pretty good for the Dueling Club.

Best Cards for Hagrid Decks

High-cost summons that work well with Hagrid are: Piertotum Locomotor, Antipodean Opaleye, and Fiendfyre.

Other cards that fit well into Hagrid decks are: Cornish Pixies, Ashwinder, Swelling Solution, Incendio, Confringo, Bombtastic Bomb, Matagot, Niffler, Spiders, and Thunderbird.

Companion Cards that synergize well with Hagrid are Lotte Turner, Cassandra Vole, Frey Twins, and Malfoy Gang.

Rubeus Hagrid Meta Decks

Deck 1

Cards: Fiendfyre, Matagot, Cornish Pixies, Spiders, Bombtastic Bomb, Niffler, Incendio, Thunderbird.

Companion Cards: Malfoy Gang, Frey Twins, Cassandra Vole

This deck revolves around boosting up the Fiendfyre with many multiple-summon cards, such as Matagot, Cornish Pixies, and Spiders. These also synergize extremely well with Bombtastic Bomb. Thunderbird will shield your summons and Incendio will help you deal with enemy summons.

Malfoy Gang and Frey Twins will help you create more pressure on your opponent, and Cassandra will make it easier to deal with enemy summons.

Overall, this is a very fun deck to play, and if played properly, it can be very strong. Its biggest downside is that it requires Fiendfyre, which is quite rare.

Deck 2

Cards: Piertotum Locomotor, Cornish Pixies, Swelling Solution, Thunderbird, Bombtastic Bomb, Confringo, Monster Book of Monsters, Niffler.

Companion Cards: Frey Twins, Lotte Turner, Cassandra Vole.

This deck uses Piertotum Locomotor as your high-cost summon. These stone soldiers are very durable, and thanks to Hagrid Echo, they are quite difficult to take down. Swelling Solution will increase their speed, and Thunderbird will offer protection to them.

Your other summons will mainly serve to keep pressure on your opponent and deliver Bombtastic Bombs easier. Confringo will help you deal with enemy summons.

As for your companions, Frey Twins will help you put pressure on your opponent, Lotte will provide you with additional MP, and Cassandra will make it harder for enemy summons to reach you.

This deck is designed around putting a lot of pressure on your opponent to deal with your summons. However, you will need Piertotum Locomotor (a legendary card) in order for this deck to work.

Conclusion

Luckily, Hagrid decks aren’t too difficult to build. Most of the time, they only require one Legendary Card (which is your main summon). Also, you can play these decks in both Solo and Duo, and they work fairly well in both modes.
