Hello everyone, welcome to Part 4 of our Walkthrough for A Son of Durmstrang Adventure of Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. In the previous part, Pieter was introduced to the enchanting world of Hogwarts in a way that stood in stark contrast to his experiences at Durmstrang. After an exciting lesson with Professor Flitwick, where he impressed everyone with his spellwork, Pieter had the chance to learn Transfiguration alongside Penny, which sparked his enthusiasm for Hogwarts’ more open and engaging teaching style. However, when the conversation shifted to Muggles during their potion-making session, Pieter’s mood darkened, and he abruptly left the classroom, leaving you and Penny wondering what caused his sudden change in behavior.

As questions remain unanswered, it’s time to delve deeper into Pieter’s past and uncover what’s truly troubling him. Join us as we continue this magical journey, explore new parts of Hogwarts, and discover more about Pieter’s story in the final part of this adventure!

Proceed to the Hagrid’s Garden when you are ready. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. When you arrive, you’ll see Pieter and ask him why he left so abruptly. He’ll respond by saying that he was just quite eager to get the mint for your Wiggenweld Potion. This line will differ based on your previous choice.

Pieter will mention that he actually has something to tell you about Durmstrang, but he didn’t want to discuss it while Penny was around. However, before he can continue, your conversation will be interrupted by Hagrid, who will ask who your new friend is.

Hagrid will say he’s pleased to meet Pieter and that he doesn’t get many chances to meet wizards from Durmstrang these days. Following that, you’ll tell him that you’re planning to brew a Wiggenweld Potion but are missing some mint.

After that, Hagrid will leave you two alone, and you’ll suggest to Pieter that he tell you what’s bothering him while you search for the ingredients you need. To complete the next task, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

The bonus progress actions are tied to Pieter. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. 

Luckily, you’ll find the mint you need for your potion. However, you’ll also learn that Pieter has never met any Muggle-born witches or wizards. He’ll add that at Durmstrang, they only accept pure-blood students, and he’s heard some of his classmates share frightening stories about Muggle-born witches and wizards.

This line will differ based on your previous choice. 

However, you’ll tell him that he’s vastly underestimating Muggle-born witches and wizards and that they are just as powerful and capable as any other witch or wizard. He’ll respond by saying that might be true, but he’ll add that they still put him on edge. Then, he’ll ask if you think he’s a bad wizard for feeling this way. There are two different options to choose from. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they won’t impact the story.

Following that, you’ll tell him that if he wants to see the truth, he has to look for it and that you want to show him the real values. He’ll agree with you, adding that he would love that and that you’ve helped him a lot and opened his eyes to many things.

Following that, you’ll suggest showing him someone whose skill at Charms is sure to impress him.

Go to the Training Grounds to continue the story. When you arrive, you’ll thank Ben for agreeing to meet with you and introduce him to Pieter.

This line will differ based on which year you attend.

You’ll then say that you wanted the two of you to meet because of this, and add that Ben’s parents are Muggles, but he is the most talented wizard you know. Pieter will mention that he hopes Ben understands, as everything is new to him and he has never met a Muggle-born witch or wizard before, which is why he feels uneasy around them. This line will differ based on which year you attend.

Ben will then say that he knows Durmstrang values strength, so he gathered the heaviest objects he could find on short notice. He thought it would be fun to see who can lift the most using only Wingardium Leviosa.

To test your might, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

Bonus progress actions are tied to the rock, Pieter, and Ben. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. 

You’ll note that it’s a draw since all three of you managed to lift the objects. However, Pieter will want to prove himself and attempt to lift all the objects at once. He’ll ask what you think—whether he can do it. There are two different options to choose from. Both of them will eventually lead to the same outcome, so feel free to take your pick.

In any case, he’ll try to lift all the objects at once and will succeed to some extent. However, he won’t be able to keep everything in the air and an incident will occur where he injures his shoulder.

You’ll ask him if he’s okay, and he’ll say that he is, but he injured his shoulder. Ben will apologize for putting him in danger, but Pieter will respond that he’s to blame because he didn’t listen when warned that it was too difficult.

You’ll then suggest that you should go and prepare the potion to help Pieter since having the mint from Hagrid’s garden means you now have all the ingredients needed for the Wiggenweld Potion.

Proceed to the Potions Classroom when you are ready. Penny will notice Pieter’s shoulder injury and ask him what happened.

This line will differ based on your previous choice. 

You’ll then say that you could brew the Wiggenweld Potion to help heal Pieter. Penny will mention that she found the Flobberworm Mucus in her dorm but hasn’t found the Ditanny. You’ll ask if there’s an alternative ingredient you can use as a substitute since Pieter needs the potion urgently.

To search for a substitution, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

Bonus progress actions are tied to Pen and your character. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. 

You’ll mention that you found some Bubotuber pus, which is used for healing purposes, and ask if you can use it as a substitute for Dittany. Penny will say that it’s the best option you have right now, but she needs to make a few quick calculations first.

After a few moments, the potion will be prepared, and Pieter will take it to drink.

The potion will work as intended, and Pieter’s shoulder will heal.

Following that, he will apologize to Penny for his poor judgment and will also ask if you can forgive him. There are three options to choose from. If you like Pieter, it is recommended to pick the first option.

He’ll then say that he wants to do something nice for you, otherwise he will have to return to Durmstrang with a heavy heart. He’ll ask you to bring your friends to the Great Hall, where there will be a Durmstrang surprise for you

Go to the Great Hall to continue the story. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. Pieter will thank everyone for coming and add that he had a wonderful visit to Hogwarts thanks to you.

Pieter will say that, as a small gesture of his appreciation, he would like to teach everyone the Durmstrang Processional, which will greatly surprise your friends. He’ll also ask for your help in teaching your friends, and of course, you’ll gladly agree.

To teach the processional, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

Bonus progress actions are tied to Penny, Pieter, and your character. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. Slide the screen left and right to check all available actions. 

You’ll praise everyone and add that they look very confident with the various steps of the Processional.

He will add that Durmstrang has reported that one of its top athletes has gone missing and they suspect that the student may have sneaked away from Durmstrang’s campus and traveled to Hogwarts.

He will say that you taught him to pay attention in class, no matter how dull it is, because magic can be fun and adorable. He’ll add that you showed him that Muggle-born students can do great things and make wonderful friends.

You’ll say that you want to show what Pieter taught you. Penny will add that perhaps you need a bit more practice and that she doesn’t want to mess up. However, Pieter will tell her that she is ready and that he believes in her. He’ll then ask if you think everyone is ready to perform the processional. There are two different options to choose from. Both of them will eventually lead to the same outcome, so feel free to take your pick.

Following that, you’ll begin performing the renowned Durmstrang Processional.

This line will differ based on your previous choice.

Additionally, Professor Dumbledore will be deeply impressed.

Pieter will thank everyone for everything and say that he is now ready to return to Durmstrang.

This will mark the end of A Son of Durmstrang Adventure. Hit the Collect button to claim your rewards. You will receive 4 Gems, 1000 Experience Points, and 3 Chocolate Frogs.

You’ll earn the achievement for completing the adventure.

You will also receive a Jumper from Pieter.
