Auror Case File Grindelwald’s Wand Part 3

Introduction

Hello everyone, welcome to Part 3 of our Walkthrough for Auror Case File Grindelwald’s Wand Adventure for Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. In the previous part, you and your Auror colleagues devised a plan to split up, with Tonks and Kingsley heading to the collector’s house where the Dark Wizard was suspected to appear, while you went to warn Mr. Ollivander and set a trap for the Dark Wizard. However, upon arriving at Mr. Ollivander’s, you noticed his strange behavior, and after some interrogation, it was revealed that your suspicions were correct—this wasn’t Mr. Ollivander but the Dark Wizard himself, who had used his Metamorphmagus powers to impersonate him. You successfully intervened and incapacitated the Dark Wizard, thereby resolving the case.

Proceed to the Department of Magical Law Enforcement when you are ready. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. When you arrive, Kingsley will immediately praise you.

He will inform you that they have sent the wand to a secure vault and that the Dark Wizard awaits trial—most likely, Azkaban. You will be curious about Mr. Ollivander’s well-being.

Kingsley will say that Tonks is currently with him, taking his statement. Following that, he’ll express that he’s very impressed with your work, adding that Moody was right about you. You’ll thank him for his kind words, and then he’ll ask you how you feel. There are three different options to choose from. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they won’t impact the story.

He’ll admit that you have the makings of a true Auror, but he’ll add that even for those who show promise, there’s always room for improvement. You’ll tell him that you’re ready to learn from him and ask him to tell you what steps you can take to improve your Auror skills. 

To complete the next task, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

The bonus progress actions are tied to Kingsley. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. 

You’ll express your gratitude to Kingsley for his guidance and assure him that you’ll persist in refining your skills and absorbing knowledge from both mentors. He’ll encourage you to keep pushing forward.
