Audition for the Frog Choir Part 3

Introduction

Hello everyone, welcome to Part 3 of our Walkthrough for Audition for the Frog Choir Adventure of Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. Last time, you bonded with Tulip’s toad, Dennis and you managed to gain his trust.

Now, you’ll have to work on your singing skills in order to successfully audition for the Frog Choir. Thankfully, Rowan might be able to help you with that, so proceed to your Common Room when you are ready.

When you get there, you can check out what some of your housemates have to say by tapping on the speech bubbles above them.

You will thank Rowan for agreeing to help you prepare for the audition. Your friend will be quite surprised by your request. After all, singing isn’t really Rowan’s area of expertise. You have three options to respond with. Each of those will lead to the same outcome, so you can feel free to select the one you prefer.

In any case, your friend will agree to study with you and help you prepare for the audition.

Studying with Rowan is your next task. You need to earn five stars within three hours to complete it. All five stars are required to pass, so you should avoid starting the task if your energy is low.

There is a bonus progress action tied to Rowan, so it is recommended to do it whenever it is available to save a bit of energy.

After studying with Rowan, you’ll decide to seek someone who has experience singing on the Frog Choir. Proceed to the Three Broomsticks to meet Chester Davies.

Once you get there, you can interact with some of the characters if you are curious to see what they have to say.

Chester will be glad to share some of his Frog Choir experiences with you over a round of Butterbeer.

This task requires you to earn five stars within one hour. All five stars are needed to pass, so it is highly recommended to start this task with a full energy bar.

Like before, prioritizing actions with bonus progress should save you some energy. There is one such action tied to Dennis.

According to Chester, nerves are the biggest reason people do poorly on their Frog Choir auditions. He will advise you to get some practical experience before the audition.

You’ll then get to ask him one question. You have three options to choose from. This choice won’t affect the outcome of the story but will give you some additional information.

You will decide to seek the help of the Weird Sisters, so proceed to the Training Grounds when you are ready to meet them.

When you get there, they’ll tell you that you’re their favorite source of inspiration.

They’ll ask you how you feel about that. You have three response options. If you like the Weird Sisters, it is recommended to go with the first option.

You’ll then get to practice singing with the Weird Sisters. To do that, you need to acquire five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass.

The only action with bonus progress here is tied to Orsino, so be sure to do that one whenever you can.

The Weird Sisters will be amazed by your performance. However, you still won’t be a hundred percent sure if you are feeling comfortable with performing in front of a crowd. Luckily, Myron will have an idea that could help you test your nerve while singing.

The Weird Sisters will ask you to meet them in the Potions classroom, so go there when you are ready.

When you get there, Myron will explain the plan to you. Apparently, he wants you to test your nerve by singing in front of Snape. Myron will say that if you can perform in front of Snape, you can perform in front of anyone.

You’ll then get to choose a song to perform in front of Snape. There are three possible options and this choice will change some of the dialogue lines, but the general outcome will remain the same.

Singing to Snape is your next task. You need to earn five stars within three hours (eight hours for Year 4+ students) to complete it. All five stars are required to pass.

There is a bonus progress action tied to Snape. Prioritize it whenever it is available to save some energy.

Snape’s reaction to your singing will differ, depending on the song you chose to sing.

The Weird Sisters will commend your singing skills and tell you that you are more than ready to audition for the Frog Choir.

With that, Part 3 of Audition for the Frog Choir adventure will conclude. Hit the Collect button to claim your rewards. You will receive 5 Gems and 250 Experience points.
