Proceed to the Great Hall when you are ready. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. When you arrive, Penny will inform you that Dumbledore is about to make a big announcement. Shortly after, Dumbledore will call for your attention, as he has something important to share.

To discover the details, you need to earn five stars within one hour. Three stars are required to pass.

The bonus progress actions are tied to Professor Dumbeldore. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. Slide the screen left and right to check all available actions.

You will learn that the House Points Scramble competition will consist of four trials, each designed by a Head of House. These trials will test the core values of Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Slytherin, and Hufflepuff. Additionally, you can earn House points by successfully completing the trials.

Then, Penny will ask how you feel about the House Points Scramble competition. There are three different options to choose from. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they won’t impact the story.

Depending on the year you’re attending, you will either interact with Andre or Tonks. The dialogues may slightly differ, but the core story and concept remain the same, and this doesn’t affect the overall experience.
Tonks (or Andre, depending on your year) will propose an idea for a friendly competition: the person who finishes all the trials first will be declared the winner. This would allow the winner to earn a lot of House points.
You’ll agree to this idea, and Tonks will immediately get to work, heading straight for the first trial. Penny will inform you that the first trial is Gryffindor’s, and that Professor McGonagall is waiting for you at the training grounds.

Go to the Training Grounds to complete Gryffindor Trial. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say.
When you arrive, you’ll notice that Tonks has already completed the first challenge and is immediately moving on to the next one, giving you a bit of a head start. Professor McGonagall will tell you that you’ve arrived just in time for the Gryffindor trial and that this challenge will test your courage and nerve. This line will differ based on whether you belong to Gryffindor or not.

Professor McGonagall will explain that the challenge is to avoid a flock of pixies while on your broom for a set amount of time. If you succeed, you’ll earn 50 points for your house.
The pixies are under an Oppugno Jinx, which means they’ve been jinxed to attack a target—in this case, you—and you can’t use magic to defend yourself. No repelling, no freezing. You’ll have to rely solely on your nerve and skill!

To avoid the Pixies, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

The bonus progress actions are tied to the Pixies. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. Slide the screen left and right to check all available actions.

Congratulations! You’ve successfully completed the first trial! Your nerve and skill were tested to the limit, and you managed to avoid the pixies, earning 50 points for your house.

Shortly after, Professor McGonagall will mention that she can offer you insight into one of the upcoming trials and will ask which trial you would like to know more about.
There are three different options to choose from. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they won’t impact the story.

She will then tell you that the next trial is for Ravenclaw, and that Professor Flitwick is waiting for you in his classroom.

Proceed to the Charms Classroom when you are ready to complete Ravenclaw Trial. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say.
When you arrive, you’ll notice something strange: everyone is individually trapped in a magical bubble. Professor Flitwick will then approach you and mention that you’ve arrived just in time. In that moment, he will cast the “Ebublio” charm and trap you in a magical bubble as well.

Professor Flitwick will then welcome you to the Ravenclaw trial, explaining that this trial will test your wit and intellect, which are core values of the Ravenclaw house. He will also add that this is a modified version of the Ebublio Jinx, and in order to escape the bubble, you must solve a riddle.

To listen to the rules, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

The bonus progress actions are tied to Professor Flitwick. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. Slide the screen left and right to check all available actions.

You will learn that you must answer the riddle correctly, but if you make a mistake, it will cost you 10 house points. Professor Flitwick will add that everyone who has attempted it so far is either still stuck in the bubble or has failed the trial after three incorrect guesses. He will then proceed to recite the riddle.

It will then be up to you to solve the riddle. The correct answer is “boggart,” which will earn you 50 house points.

Your balloon will pop, and you will be free once again.

Professor Flitwick will congratulate you and add that the next trial is the Hufflepuff trial in the Herbology classroom.

Go to the Herbology Classroom to complete Hufflepuff Trial. When you arrive, Penny will be waiting for you and will tell you that Professor McGonagall mentioned that she needs a friend to help with the trial. Professor Sprout will then confirm that Penny is right and that this trial is done in pairs.

To discover the Trial, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

The bonus progress actions are tied to your character. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. Slide the screen left and right to check all available actions.

You’ll learn that this trial is all about trust. You have the option to let Penny answer a question for you and earn 50 points if she’s correct, or you can answer the question yourself and get 25 points. Penny will ask if you trust her and whether you’ll let her answer your question. It’s recommended to trust her, as she will answer correctly, and you will earn 50 house points.

Of course, Penny will answer correctly! By trusting her, you will earn the full 50 house points.

In any case, you will also be asked a question: What is another name for Asphodel goes by? The correct answer is Royal Staff.

This line will differ based on your previous choice.

In any case, this will conclude the trial. If you chose to trust Penny, Professor Sprout will praise you and add that you truly embodied the values of Hufflepuff, rewarding you with 50 House Points.
On the other hand, if you decided not to trust her, Professor Sprout will advise you that working together often yields better results than working alone. In either case, you will thank the professor, and she will inform you that it’s time for the Slytherin trial with Professor Snape.

Proceed to the Potions Classroom when you are ready to complete the Slytherin Trial. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say.
When you arrive in the classroom, you’ll notice several students lying and sleeping in the middle of the room. You’ll approach Professor Snape and mention that you’re here for the trial, he‘ll add that it’s strange you’ve already completed all the other trials.
Regardless, Professor Snape will inform you that the challenge is to identify which of the three sleeping draughts is the correct one. If you make a mistake, you will fall asleep just like the other students in the room.

Professor Snape will ask if you even know how to recognize if the potion is brewed correctly. The correct answer is “by looking at it.”

A few moments later, you will begin examining the potions, carefully observing their color, consistency, and any other distinct features that might help you identify the correct one.
To examine the bottles, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

The bonus progress actions are tied to the potion bottles. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. Slide the screen left and right to check all available actions.

You will realize that all the potions are safe to drink, as they are all sleeping draughts. You’ll notice that each of the potions has a particular dark purple color and an even consistency.

Professor Snape will be surprised by your accurate answer and will award you 50 House Points.

Following that, Professor Snape will suggest that you head to the Great Hall for the announcement of the winners.

Go to the Great Hall to learn competition results. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. You will find out that Tonks has completed all the challenges as well, but she doesn’t know if you or she finished faster. Shortly after, Dumbledore will put all doubts to rest as he steps forward to announce the winner.

There are three different options to choose from. All of them will eventually lead to the same outcome, so feel free to take your pick.
