Walkthrough
(Disclaimer: This walkthrough will feature the gameplay from the perspective of a Year 6 student. Since the adventure is available for students of Year 2 and above, the requirements for certain tasks might be different for you, depending on the year you’re in.)
The adventure will pick up where Season 2 Chapter 8 left off, so once you start, proceed to the Clocktower Courtyard to meet with Erika. When you arrive, she will be very straightforward with you, and you’ll quickly say you want her to train you.

You’ll also admit that Andre was the one who suggested it, and in order to convince Erika to help you, you will offer to teach her a maneuver in exchange. She’ll just look at you for a while before she starts speaking.

You’ll try to reassure her that you’re quite serious about this, but unfortunately, she won’t agree with you on that. Still, you won’t give up too easily, and eventually, Erika will agree to hear you out. Trying to convince Rath to help you requires earning five stars within three hours. Only one star is needed to pass.

While there are bonus progress actions tied to both Rath and your character, there are two bonus progress actions linked to her, so prioritize her if you want to save more energy.

When you are done, you’ll tell her you need her help in order to win the Quidditch Cup final. After all, your opponents are remarkably fast and won’t be easy to beat. Still, Erika won’t be too keen on helping you. There are three options to try to persuade her. Each of these options will lead to a similar outcome, so feel free to pick whichever one you prefer.

In the end, Rath will consider training you, but only if you can prove to her that you are serious about it.

Perhaps Andre could help you with that?

Proceed to the Quidditch Stands when you are ready to meet with him. Once you arrive, Andre will ask if the conversation between Erika and you went well. There are two options to respond to. If you like Rath, it is somewhat recommended to pick the first option.

You will tell Andre that Erika still didn’t agree to train you, but she did not outright reject you either.

In other words, convincing her to help you won’t be an easy task.Following that, Andre will ask you an interesting question.

You will recall some of your first Quidditch experiences.

Andre will be quite surprised to hear about that, and he’ll ask you to tell him more. This requires earning five stars within an hour. Since all five stars are needed to pass, avoid starting this task if your energy bar is empty.

There are bonus progress actions linked to Andre and the pile of books. Prioritize these if you are looking to save a bit of energy.

Andre will be fascinated by your story.

Perhaps there is something you can do to persuade her.

Maybe joining Rath during one of her training sessions will do the trick. Proceed to the Training Grounds when you are ready. Upon arriving, you will notice Erika hitting the Bludgers.

She’ll be quite surprised to see you.

You will tell her that this time you’ll be joining her for practice, but she’ll simply reply with a ‘no’.

However, you won’t give up so easily.

In the end, she will allow you to train with her for a while. Doing so requires earning five stars within three hours. All five stars are needed to pass which is why it’s not recommended to start this task if your energy bar is empty.

There are bonus progress actions linked to Erika and your character. Focus on those if you want to save some energy.

When you are done, you’ll ask her if she’s willing to help you. She will admit that you have the potential to become a good beater. However, that’s not the only thing that’s required. Erika will ask if you know what it takes to be a beater. There are three options to choose from. The correct answer is dedication.

Rath will then say a few words of praise to you.

However, this still doesn’t mean she will help you.

At least not until you do something for her in return, and that something is teaching her a beater maneuver she doesn’t know.

If you manage to do that, she’ll even teach you a new maneuver, so you’ll agree to Rath’s proposition before leaving the Training Grounds.

With that being said, Part 1 of Rivalry, Respect, and Rath will come to an end. Hit the Collect button to claim your reward. You will receive 300 Coins.
While you still haven’t fully convinced Erika to help you, at least you’re off to a good start. However, will you think of a beater maneuver you can teach her? And will she agree to train you? Find out in the next part of this exciting adventure!
Thank you for reading.
