Introduction

Hello everyone, welcome to Part 4 of our Walkthrough for Summer Nights Adventure of Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. In the previous part, you met with Mr. Flume to help him choose the perfect sweets for the Summer Nights dance. Although you didn’t uncover anything new about the theme, Flume directed you to speak with Professor Flitwick, another organizer of the event, who was busy overseeing preparations. 

Before meeting Professor Flitwick, you met your date at the Three Broomsticks, where they confessed their deep feelings for you. Inspired and eager to assist, you promptly offered your help to Professor Flitwick, who accepted and taught you the Anteoculatia spell to give everyone antlers, ensuring they look themed for the dance without needing elaborate costumes. He entrusted you with teaching this spell to your friends so they could spread it throughout Hogwarts.

Continuing your quest, you gathered your friends to teach them the spell. During the lesson, discussions revealed that the clues about the secret theme of the Summer Nights dance don’t align at all. Determined to uncover the truth, you decided to ask Hagrid to reveal the main organizer of the event, hoping to prevent any potential mishaps and ensure the Summer Nights dance proceeds smoothly.

(Disclaimer: This walkthrough will feature the gameplay from the perspective of a Hogwarts Beyond. Since the adventure is available for students of Year 5 and above, the star and attribute requirements for certain tasks might be different for you, depending on your current progress of the main story.)

Go to Hagrid’s Hut to continue the story. You will thank Hagrid for agreeing to meet you and you will explain that your date for Summer Nights wished to learn the secret theme a bit early, so they could get you the perfect gift.

You will point out that clues simply don’t add up. Before sharing anything, Hagrid will ask you what is the most important for you in this situation. This will not impact the overall story, so pick the option that fits your character the most.

Hagrid will remind you that he promised he would never reveal the Summer Nights’ secret theme. You will explain that he doesn’t have to, you are just hoping to talk with the head of the planning committee.

You want to tell them about the confusing clues you found and your reasons why will differ based on your previous choice.

Hagrid will explain that he already got into some trouble lately for letting secrets slip so he’s trying to be extra cautious. You will ask him to give you some hints only.

To complete the next task, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass.

Bonus progress actions are tied to your character. Prioritize these actions to save some energy.

You will be happy to realize that based on Hagrid’s hints, you have a guess as to the identity of the head of the planning committee.

You will conclude that the only witch who runs a business in Hogsmeade with enough Butterbeers to satisfy Hagrid is Rosmerta. Hagrid won’t agree or deny it. You will thank him before going to Hogsmeade to present the confusing clues to Rosmerta. The next line of dialogue will differ based on who your date is.

Go to the Hogsmeade Train Station to find Rosmerta. If you are curious about what passers-by have to say, you can tap on the speech bubbles above their heads. Eventually, you will meet Madam Rosmerta.

She will agree to listen to your question, but you must be quick. You will explain that you know that the theme of Summer Nights is meant to be a secret, but you’ve been trying to guess it for your date.

You will continue to explain, and you’ll mention that you’ve been gathering clues by helping out members of the planning committee, so you might guess the theme. Madam Rosmerta will tell you that you are far from the first wizard who tracked her down looking for clues for Summer Nights’ secret theme.

Alas, she won’t give you a secret, you need to convince her. Feel free to choose the option you like.

Madam Rosmerta will sadly mention that she can’t help you with more clues. You will explain that you are not here for more clues, but because the clues you’ve gathered so far don’t add up.

The following line of dialogue may differ based on one of your previous choices.

Madam Rosmerta will be concerned because you are quite gifted at solving mysteries but even you have gotten nowhere in the face of several clues. She will ask you to tell her the clues you’ve gathered and she will warn you if something is amiss.

To complete the next task, you need to earn five stars within eight hours (three hours for Years 5 and 6). All five stars are required to complete this task. It is recommended to start this task when your energy bar is full.

Bonus progress actions are tied to Madam Rosmerta and your character. Prioritize these actions to save a bit of energy. Don’t forget to slide the screen left and right to check all available options.

Madam Rosmerta will be unpleasantly surprised.

She will think that this will spell doom for Summer Nights. You will try to reassure her, but she will explain that it is important for everyone to get involved.

Madam Rosmerta will say that if the dance is a disaster, they’ll let everyone in the community down, and it will all be a waste.

You will say that Summer Nights are as important to her as are to you and your date, and that’s why you can’t give up. If everyone works together, the problem can be solved.

You will remind her there is still some time. You’ll remind her that she’s the head of the Summer Nights planning committee, which means all other members of the committee will listen to her.

Go to the Three Broomsticks to continue the story. Once there, you can see what committee members have to say by tapping the speech bubbles above their heads. Madam Rosmerta will greet you and inform you that the situation is as bad as she feared it was.

She will explain that due to a miscommunication at their first meeting, they all left thinking the committee had selected their theme. Each member was preparing for Summer Nights based on a different theme. The following line of dialogue will differ based on your previous choice.

Rosmerta will hope that there is still time for Summer Nights to be a perfect, beautiful night for everyone in the Hogsmeade community.

You will have an idea. If the Summer Nights are supposed to be a celebration of the community, and much of the Hogsmeade community is already at the inn, you can achieve the very goal of the Summer Nights: the entire community should come together to accomplish something great.

To find a new theme, you need to earn five stars within eight hours (three hours for Years 5 and 6). All five stars are required to pass. It is recommended to start this task when your energy bar is full.

Bonus progress action is tied to Madam Rosmerta and your character. Prioritize these actions to save a bit of energy.

You’ll have an idea. Everyone thinks about different themes, but that mix-and-match jumble of different ideas is the very essence of the Hogsmeade.

Madam Rosmerta will like your idea. She will think that if everyone embraces the mix-and-match idea, the Summer Nights could perfectly encapsulate the nature of Hogsmeade.

The very name of the theme could be “Something for Everyone”. Madam Rosmerta will again be impressed and she will get excited because there will be so much to do at Summer Nights. She will ask you what part of the Summer Nights you most look forward to. This choice will influence some dialogue later but won’t impact the overall story.

Madam Rosmerta will thank you for everything. The following line of dialogue will differ based on who your date is.

Next, go to the Festival Grounds at Hogsmeade to meet your date. For this guide, you will meet with Merula.

You’ve also managed to grant your date’s wish because you sent her an owl before the meeting. She had time to make a few arrangements. You will see various themes at the Festival Grounds.

You are glad that everything went fine because you worked hard. Your date will remind you that you both worked hard, but you deserve some of the credit. Merula will admit that you are now popular in Hogsmeade because your “Something for Everyone” theme really captured the spirit of Hogsmeade.

Merula will get excited to explore the Summer Nights. She’ll want to check out the Cruppies you and Hagrid brought, then try more of Flume’s sweets, but she’s especially excited to dance to the Weird Sisters.

After some time, Merula will mention that you are forgetting something quite important. You must do her the honor of giving her Summer Nights antlers. You need to cast Anteoculatia.

She will ask you if you want a pair of antlers. Feel free to choose the option you like.

Your date will mention that your theme was quite smart. It was the best way of making sure Summer Nights aren’t dull. Your theme also gave her an idea for a brilliant gift. But before the gift, you’ll dance with her on the dance floor.

To dance with your date, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. All five stars are required to complete the task. It is recommended to start this task when your energy bar is full.

Bonus progress actions are tied to Tulip and Andre. Prioritize these actions to save a bit of energy. Slide the screen left and right to check all available options.

After the dance, Myron will speak to the crowd, and he will ask for a big hand from everyone’s favorite Scottish rock star, Minerva McGonagall. The next song will be a special slow song for all the lovebirds.

He will thank you and your date for making Summer Nights something to sing about.

Your date will mention that this night was even better than she could have hoped and she will thank you. You will point out that everything you did was for her. All you wanted was for your date to be extra special.

Shortly after, it will be time for your gift, from your date. It’s a Hogsmeade T-shirt.

She will explain that Andre insisted on helping and everyone wanted to thank you.

This will conclude the end of Part 4 of the Summer Nights Adventure. Hit the Collect button to claim your reward. You will receive 1000 Experience Points, 4 Gems, and 3 Chocolate Frogs.

You’ll earn the achievement for completing the adventure.

You will get a new outfit in your wardrobe.

It started as a quest for your loved one. Led by love, you discovered that the doom was looming over the Summer Nights due to miscommunication between the committee members.
