Where to Find All Daedalian Keys

Hello everyone. Here is a guide to help you find all Daedalian Keys in Hogwarts Legacy. These keys are used to unlock the House Cabinets and collect House Tokens that you can use to open the house chest inside your common room.

You can start the Daedalian Keys quest by talking to Nellie Oggspire in the Transfiguration Courtyard. She’ll tell you about the keys and say that they can be used to unlock certain locked cabinets around Hogwarts.

Your first task will be to find the Daedalian Key in the Astronomy Tower. Simply follow the quest marker and you’ll have no trouble locating it.

Follow the key to the House Cabinet, and interact with the cabinet to unlock it.

Unlocking the cabinet is a mini-game where you need to hit the “Slap” button when the key flies above the lock.

Inside the cabinet, you will find a House Token. When you return to Nellie, she’ll tell you that you can use the token to unlock the house chest in your common room.

Once you insert the token in the house chest, you’ll realize that you need more of them to open it.

Here is where you can find the rest of the Daedalian Keys and House Cabinets.

Daedalian Key 1 – Defence Against the Dark Arts Tower. You can find this key near the Rhino skeleton. The House Cabinet is located on a floor above. Follow the key to find it.

Daedalian Key 2 – Library. You can find this key inside the Library. Follow it to locate the House Cabinet and unlock it.

Daedalian Key 3 – Central Hall. You can find one of the keys here. Follow it and unlock its House Cabinet.

Daedalian Key 4 – Potions Classroom. One of the keys is located just outside the Potions Classroom. Follow it down the stairs to find the House Cabinet.

Daedalian Key 5 – Entrance Hall. You can find one of the keys here. Follow it and unlock the House Cabinet.

Daedalian Key 6 – Faculty Tower. You’ll find one of the keys here during “The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament” quest. Follow it down the stairs to unlock the House Cabinet.

Daedalian Key 7 – Viaduct Entrance. One of the keys is located here, under the staircase. Follow it and unlock the House Cabinet.

Daedalian Key 8 – Dungeons. You can find this key in the dungeons area, near the sleeping dragon statue. The House Cabinet is located above the statue.

Daedalian Key 9 – Dungeons. From the dragon statue, continue down the corridor, and you’ll find another key. Follow it to the room full of barrels to locate the House Cabinet.

Daedalian Key 10 – North Hall. You can find this key just outside the History of Magic classroom (from the north side). Follow it up the stairs to find the House Cabinet.

Daedalian Key 11 – Great Hall. This key is located in the Great Hall, near the fireplace. Follow it up the stairs to locate the House Cabinet.

Daedalian Key 12 – Grand Staircase. From the Grand Staircase Floo Flames, start climbing up and use Revelio to find the key. Once you do, follow it downstairs to unlock the House Cabinet.

Daedalian Key 13 – Faculty Tower. You will find this key inside the hallway with clock cogs. Follow it and unlock the House Cabinet.

Daedalian Key 14 – Quad Courtyard. From the Quad Courtyard Floo Flames, turn left, go up the stairs and you’ll find the key there. Follow it to locate the House Cabinet.

Daedalian Key 15 – Clock Tower. To find this key, go to the Clocktower Courtyard Floo Flames and unlock the door. Go up the stairs and you’ll find the key near one of the Clock Tower’s secret doors. Follow it upstairs to find the House Cabinet.

Once you have all of the tokens, go to your common room and use them to open the house chest. Inside, you’ll find a special robes representing your house.

To complete the quest, head back to Transfiguration Courtyard and talk to Nellie Oggspire. She will thank you for solving the mystery.
