Winter With the Weasleys Part 3

Introduction

Hello everyone, welcome to Part 3 of our Walkthrough for Winter with Weasley Adventure of Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. You and Charlie decided to invite Hagrid to the Christmas celebration at the Burrow, so he wouldn’t have to spend the holidays alone. Hagrid was overjoyed by the idea, and while you were both choosing the perfect Christmas tree, he shared that the holiday season reminded him of his family, whom he deeply missed.

Upon returning to the Charms classroom, you found Merula, who wasn’t keen on telling you where Professor Flitwick was until you listened to her boast about her upcoming Christmas at Malfoy Manor. After some persistence, you discovered that Professor Flitwick was in the library. There, he confided in you about his feelings of being an outsider due to his goblin heritage. He also shared that for him, Christmas is all about helping others. Touched by his story, you invited him to join the Burrow celebration, and he happily agreed, grateful for the chance to be part of the festive spirit.

Proceed to the Charms Classroom when you are ready. You will thank the professor for his help, and he will respond that he’s happy to assist. Then, he will begin the lesson. This line will differ based on which year you attend.

To reimagine Colovaria, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

The bonus progress actions are tied to Professor Flitwick. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. 

Following that, the professor will ask you a question about the spell. The correct answer is “Transfiguration”.

Afterward, he will suggest that you try wand work. Trace the wand movement to cast Colovaria.

You will successfully change the colors to white and red.

The professor will praise you and be pleased with how you performed it.

Go to the Potions Classroom to continue the story. When you arrive, you’ll tell Penny that you’ve learned the method for Colovaria, which will work on your hot chocolate. Then, she’ll ask you how your hot chocolate is doing, and you’ll tell her that it’s even better than when you first tried it. These lines will differ based on your previous choice. 

Then, Penny will suggest that since the hot chocolate is gray, you should transform it into other colors using the spell you’ve learned.

To color the Hot chocolate, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

Bonus progress actions are tied to the teapot and your character. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. 

You will successfully change the hot chocolate into the desired colors.

Following that, Penny will ask you what you think of the new color of the hot chocolate. There are three different options to choose from. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they won’t impact the story.

Then, you will say that you’ve finished with the hot chocolate and the guest list and that your plans are almost ready. You’ll tell Penny she can now go and help Ben with the letters. However, she will say that she actually wanted to ask you something about that, but she’s a bit embarrassed. She will ask for a little time to gather her thoughts.

Proceed to the Clocktower Courtyard when you are ready. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. You will notice that Penny looks worried and sad, so you will ask her what’s wrong.

Penny will confess that she never had plans with Ben and that she didn’t want to pressure you into inviting her. She’ll add that she knows how fun the Weasleys can be and that it sounded like a great idea to her. She will then ask if it was weird of her to lie about it. There are two options to choose from. If you like Penny, it is recommended that you pick the first option.

You’ll tell her that you’ll talk to Charlie about it and that as far as you’re concerned, she’s welcome to come. However, you’ll need to check with him first because you both agreed to keep things from getting out of hand.

Go to the Great Hall to continue the story. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. When you arrive, Charlie will be very excited about the upcoming Christmas dinner. This line will differ based on your previous choice. 

You’ll tell him that you’ve talked to Penny and suggest that you both discuss your guest list together, which he will gladly agree to.

To get the update, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

Bonus progress actions are tied to Ben and your character. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. 

You’ll find out that Charlie has also invited Ben, which means inviting Penny would certainly put you over the limit you initially discussed.

Charlie will say that this changes the nature of your plan a bit; instead of a cozy gathering for Bill, it will be closer to a party.

He will ask you what you think—whether you’ve strayed too far from your cozy plan or if it’s just right. There are two different options to choose from. Both of them will eventually lead to the same outcome, so feel free to take your pick.

In any case, you’ll agree to consult Bill about it since the gathering is being planned for him.
