Chapter 11 – Something Wild

Hello everyone, welcome to our Walkthrough for Quidditch Season 4 Chapter 11 of Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. During the previous chapter, you met with the opposing team’s captain and talked about their defeat. You learned that they tried the same strategy you had, and sadly, it didn’t work.

With that in mind, you decided to come up with a brand new tactic to defeat the Wellnellys. Thanks to Andre’s help, you were able to learn the Wronski Feint maneuver. Hopefully, it will help you defeat the twins.

(Disclaimer: Some of the tasks might have different star and attribute requirements, depending on your current progress of the main story. The following Walkthrough contains the images from Year 7, which pretty much has the highest requirements.)

Now is the time to meet the Wellnellys and tell them you are ready to face them on the pitch. Head to the courtyard when you are ready. Once you arrive, you will be able to interact with some of the characters and see what they have to say. You’ll approach the twins and say that your team is ready to face them.

Baglan will tell you they won’t be playing in the upcoming match. You’ll notice that he looks pretty sad.

You’ll ask if everything is all right, but unfortunately, he won’t be willing to tell you more. He will say that they lost something, but sadly, it looks like whatever they lost is far more important than Quidditch. You’ll try to convince them to play in the finals and then offer to help them.

Convincing the twins to talk is your next task. You need to earn five stars within one hour to complete it. Three stars are required to pass.

There are bonus progress actions tied to Gruffyd and your character. Focus on those actions to save a bit of energy.

You’ll say a few final words to convince the twins to open up.

After considering it for a moment, Baglan will ask you to promise not to tell anyone. There are two options to reply with. If you want to be friendly to the twins, it is recommended to pick the first option.

You’ll learn that the twins lost their pet Chimaera, Chimmy, in the Forbidden Forest.

The following lines will differ, depending on whether or not you adopted a Chimaera.

Baglan will say that Chimmy is more than a pet to them. If you caught Professor Kettleburn’s lost Chimaera, you’ll get an additional line of dialogue.

Twins will wonder why you’re so eager to help them. There are three options to reply with. If you want to be friendly to them, it is recommended to pick the first or the second option.

In the end, the Wellnellys will accept your offer.

You’ll need to wait three hours before you can continue. Since this chapter is not time-limited, it is recommended to wait until this timer runs out.

Head to the Forest Grove once the waiting time is over. The twins will be glad to see you.

Your previous choice will take effect here.

You’ll learn that they were keeping Chimmy at the Forest Grove.

You will ask them to tell you more about their relationship with the creature. Baglan will say that it was hard for them to make friends because they found it easier to connect with Magical Creatures. They found Chimmy when they were little, and you’ll learn that they were indeed the descendants of ‘Dangerous’ Dai Llewellyn.

The choice you made while talking to Murphy about his theory will take effect here.

Despite their family history, the twins bonded with Chimmy and became inseparable.

You’ll suggest searching the area for clues. You need to earn five stars within three hours to complete this task. All five stars are required to pass, so avoid starting if you are low on energy.

There are bonus progress actions tied to the tracks and your character. Prioritize them to save energy.

When you are done, you will spot something behind the tree stump.

Gruffyd will pick up the item. Baglan will say that it is Chimmy’s feed bag. You’ll learn that the two of them were feeding the creature with Jae’s sandwiches.

After noticing that the bag is empty, you’ll realize that Chimmy most likely went off to look for more food. You’ll suggest using food to lure the creature. Baglan will ask what type of food could be used to lure the Chimaera. There are three options to choose from. The correct answer is ‘Raw meat’.

You’ll decide to visit Hagrid and see if he can help you. Go to Hagrid’s garden when you are ready to continue. Upon arriving, you will introduce the twins to Hagrid.

Hagrid will assume they are your friends.

Baglan will be surprised to hear that. There are two options to reply with. If you like the Wellnellys, it is recommended to pick the second option.

You’ll then ask Hagrid if he has any leftover meat scraps, he’ll be surprised by your request, and he’ll be curious to know why you need the scraps.

There are two options to reply with. If you promised the twins you will keep their secret, it is HIGHLY recommended to pick the second option.

Hagrid will agree to help you, but in exchange, he’ll ask for your help with catching some Glumbumbles that infested his garden. You’ll happily agree to his proposition, Baglan will suggest making it a friendly competition.

Moments later, you will start catching Glumbumbles. You need to earn five stars within three hours to complete this task. Three stars are required to pass.

There are bonus progress actions tied to Hagrid, your character, and some of the Glumbumbles. Focus on those actions to save energy.

Luckily, you’ll manage to catch all of the Glumbumbles.

After counting them, Hagrid will say that you won the competition.

Baglan will congratulate you.

He’ll look forward to facing you on the pitch.

Hagrid will honor his word and give you a bag full of meat.

Your previous choice will take effect here.

Shortly after, you and the twins will leave Hagrid’s garden. You’ll need to wait four hours before you can continue. Since you’ll likely be low on energy at this point, it is recommended to wait and let your energy recharge in the meantime.

Go to the Forest Grove once the waiting time is over. When you arrive, you’ll set up the meat to lure back Chimmy.

Moments later, you will see something approaching, the twins and you will prepare your wands just in case. Shortly after, a Chimaera will show up and start devouring the meat.

Baglan will instantly recognize it.

He’ll thank you for helping them.

Apparently, you are the first student to show them such kindness. You’ll ask Baglan to tell you what happened while they were at Durmstrang.

You need to earn five stars within three hours to complete this task. Three stars are required to pass.

There is a bonus progress action tied to Baglan. Prioritize it to save energy.

Baglan will open up and tell you why he and his brother left Durmstrang.

This is why they were so protective of their secret. You will tell Baglan that Chimmy could live in the Magical Creatures Reserve. The choice you made while talking to Hagrid will take effect here.

Shortly after, you will leave the place. Go to the Magical Creatures Reserve when you are ready to continue. Upon arriving, you will notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you want to see what they have to say. Thanks to Hagrid, Chimmy will be allowed to stay in the reserve.

Unfortunately, the creature will have trouble adjusting to the new environment.

Perhaps with some help, it could settle in. Helping Chimmy get comfortable is your next task. You need to earn five stars within eight hours to complete it. All five stars are required to pass.

There are bonus progress actions tied to Baglan and Chimmy. Focus on those actions to save energy.

Thankfully, Chimmy will start to like the new environment.

Also, the twins will be competing in the finals. The choice you made while talking to them earlier will take effect here.

Baglan will admit that he was surprised by your willingness to help them, you’ll explain why you did it.

Baglan will be quite confident that his team will win the upcoming match. There are two options to reply with. If you like the twins, it is recommended to pick the first option.

As it seems, the twins are planning to give you everything they’ve got during the final match.

You’ll smile and say that you intend to return the favor.

You will then need to complete two Quidditch friendlies.

Feel free to play whichever position you prefer.

Try your best to complete the maneuvers to earn the rewards successfully.

When you are done, Season 4 Chapter 11 of Quidditch will come to an end. Hit the Collect button to claim your rewards. You will receive 400 Coins and 40 Dragon Club Experience Points.
