You joined Skye and Murphy at a thrilling Quidditch match where Harry Potter showcased his remarkable skills, overcoming dangerous obstacles, including a rogue Bludger. Amidst the excitement, you faced important choices, from evaluating the odds of rule-breaking to deciding the fate of the cursed fountain at Washington Square Park. Ultimately, your actions reflected your dedication to ensuring safety and upholding wizarding ethics.

Later, you reconnected with Ben at MACUSA, learning about his recent endeavors while reminiscing about your adventures. The chapter also delved deeper into Merula’s evolving dynamic with Ruby, hinting at unexpected friendships and potential secrets. Finally, Flump emphasized the importance of caution as new challenges surfaced, and a mysterious gargoyle summoned you to your next assignment.

Proceed to the Rocc Division when you are ready. When you arrive at work, you’ll approach the doors with anticipation, wondering where they will lead you next.

You’ll find yourself in a place that resembles someone’s camp in the middle of a desert.

Following that, you’ll begin to take a better look around to figure out exactly where you are and what you’re dealing with. To investigate the area, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

In the first phase bonus progress actions are tied to the documents.

In the second phase bonus progress actions are tied to your character.

In the third phase bonus progress actions are tied to the minecart.

Prioritize these actions to save some energy. You’ll notice that the documents in the camp mention Bill Weasley, which suggests that you’re somewhere in Egypt, as he’s been on assignment here for the past two years. However, you’ll also find it unusual for a minecart from Gringotts to end up all the way in Egypt. Just as you’re about to approach and inspect the minecart, a Sphinx will leap out in front of you, blocking your path.

You’ll wonder if the Sphinx is guarding the minecart, as you’re eager to inspect it. You’ll then need to decide how to approach the situation. There are two different options to choose from. Both of them will eventually lead to the same outcome, so feel free to take your pick.

Regardless of your choice, the Sphinx will begin speaking in riddles, leaving you utterly confused. Unable to make sense of its words, you’ll decide it’s best to return to the ROCC Division and seek advice from your friends about how to handle the situation. So, trace the wand movement to cast Portus. 

Go to the Break Room to meet with Flump and Vega. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. When you arrive, you’ll notice your friends completely engrossed in entertaining themselves and competing with each other.

Vega will explain that they’ve been competing for years and that none of them has ever lost. You’ll ask them if they can pause their competition because you need some advice, and they’ll agree. Following that, you’ll start telling them how the door dropped you in the desert in Egypt.

Flump will, however, say that no one has ever had a case in Egypt and add that the dry air gives him wrinkles. There are two different options to choose from. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they won’t impact the story.

You will then say that you would like to get some advice from them, to which they will agree to discuss your case in more detail and share their opinions. To complete the next task, you need to earn five stars within three hours. Three stars are required to pass. 

Bonus progress actions are tied to Flump and your character. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. Slide the screen left and right to check all available actions. 

Vega will comment that it’s interesting that the Sphinx blocked your path when you tried to approach the minecart. This line will differ based on your previous choice. 

Vega will ask if you think the Sphinx is guarding the minecart. There are three different options to choose from. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they won’t impact the story. 

Vega will want to help you, but Flump will remind you that it’s fine for Vega to assist, but you can’t slack off while they do their research.

You’ll need to wait four hours before you can continue. Since this chapter is not time-limited, it is recommended to wait until this timer runs out.

Head to Gringotts once the waiting time is over. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say.

When you arrive, you’ll speak to Griphook and tell him that you’d like to talk to him. However, he won’t be in the mood for a conversation and will ask why he should say anything to you, as he sees no reason to. There are two different options to choose from. Both of them will eventually lead to the same outcome, so feel free to take your pick.

In any case, Griphook will agree to talk to you about the minecart but will ask you to listen carefully, as he truly doesn’t have time to waste.

To pry information, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

The bonus progress actions are tied to Griphook. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. Slide the screen left and right to check all available actions. 

You will learn that the minecart belongs to Gringotts, but Griphook won’t want to tell you why it ended up in Egypt.

You will thank Griphook and notice Ruby. You will approach her, and she will explain that she is here to take her first Magical Maintenance checks and do some research on Eris. You will ask her if she has found anything.

Proceed to your Flat when you are ready to talk with Ruby. She’ll explain that she stayed a bit longer and found out where Eris might be hiding.

You will tell her that you might be able to help since your friend Vega is a geography expert, and you can use what she taught you to figure out the center of preparations based on eyewitness reports.

To triangulate the coordinates, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

Bonus progress actions are tied to the scroll. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. 

You will see that the three locations where Eris might appear form a triangle, with the Forest at the center. Ruby will thank you for helping her and will continue her investigation into Eris. Following that, you will tell her that you spoke with Merula about their friendship. She will ask you if you believe it is true friendship on Merula’s part. There are three different options to choose from. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they won’t impact the story.

She will then decide to go search for more clues about her former love, Eris, while you will choose to return to ROCC.

You’ll need to wait three hours before you can continue. Since this chapter is not time-limited, it is recommended to wait until this timer runs out.

Head to Workspace once the waiting time is over.  Vega will want to hear about your visit to Gringotts. This line will differ based on your previous choice. 

You will tell her that you managed to find out that your friend Bill Weasley is a curse breaker in charge of returning the minecart, and that he’s nearby in a desert. This will immediately give Vega an idea of where your friend might be located.

To learn about the marketplace, you need to earn five stars within three hours. Three stars are required to pass. 

Bonus progress actions are tied to Vega and your character. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. 

She will explain to you that there is some sort of secret wizarding marketplace in Egypt, where you can find various goods. She will then ask you what you think about this idea. There are three different options to choose from. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they won’t impact the story.

She will add that her point is that your friend is probably there and that you would need a portkey to get there. Luckily, she can lend you hers until you can make your own, so you can go there smoothly and find Bill.

Now that you have completed the story, you can start the mandatory and optional chapter tasks. You need to complete one mandatory chapter task and two optional chapter tasks to unlock the next chapter. When you complete three tasks, the fourth one that is left will disappear.

Go to Three Broomsticks to start the mandatory chapter task. You will meet up with Cedric, who will inform you that they have found Mrs. Norris petrified.

You’ll need to complete several objectives to finish this mandatory chapter task. Feel free to do them in any order you prefer.

While doing these objectives, it is recommended to select the duration that matches their star requirements.

Prioritize actions with bonus progress whenever they are available.

Try your best to complete all of the mini-tasks to earn some additional attribute points.

Once you complete all of the tasks, hit the Collect button and return to the Three Broomsticks.

After you complete all the objectives, you can claim the reward in the Wizarding World section of the Wizarding Life tab.

Choose the optional tasks you like. You can Cursed Objects Handling at Reseach Lab where you can earn Spinx Experience Points, Advanced Potions at Reseach Lab where you can earn Healer Experience Points and Spinx Experience Points, and Obscure Foraging at Forest Grove where you can earn Dragon Experience Points.

Also, prioritize actions with bonus progress whenever they are available.

Try your best to complete all of the mini-tasks to earn some additional attribute points.

This will conclude Chapter 11 of Beyond Hogwarts: Volume 2. You will receive 400 Coins and 2500 Experience Points.

The discovery of Mrs. Norris’s petrified adds an unsettling twist to the mystery, while valuable insights from Vega, Ruby, and Cedric bring you closer to uncovering the truth behind the minecart and Bill’s whereabouts.
