Chapter 17 – Year’s end

Introduction

Hello everyone, welcome to our Walkthrough for Chapter Seventeen of Year Four of Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. In the previous chapter, you met with Charlie in the Artefact Room and did some final preparation for the curse-breaking adventure. You also convinced one more friend to accompany you there.

After that, you gathered up and went to the vault. It was indeed guarded by an Acromantula, just as you suspected. Sadly, you couldn’t reason with it, so you had to fight it in order to save your friend.

Luckily, all the hard work paid off and you emerged victorious in that duel. You then entered the vault and while inside, you had another vision from Jacob. Apparently, he is trapped in the next vault, and you’ll have to free him before it’s too late.

Also, there was a small sweater and a portrait of a dragon inside the vault. Upon exiting, you were greeted by the Headmaster, and much to your surprise, starting next year, you’ll be serving detention in the Kitchens. Afterward, you celebrated the victory with your friends at the Three Broomsticks.

Later on, you went to report to the Headmaster and found out from Madam Rakepick that he had to leave urgently. She also told you that starting next year, she’ll be teaching Defence Against the Dark Arts.

Now there is only one task for this final chapter of Year Four and that’s the End-of-Term Feast. When you are ready, hit the GO button and proceed to the Great Hall.

Once you arrive, you’ll immediately notice the decorations. Those should hint at this Year’s winner of the House Cup.

Since the Headmaster is absent, Professor McGonagall will hold the traditional speech.

Professor McGonagall will say that this year has been filled with exciting achievements and unexpected challenges, and as always, Hogwarts has persevered.

She will expect that next year will be no different and that all students will show why they are more than capable of guiding Hogwarts into a brighter future.

After that, she’ll discuss the main event – awarding of the House Cup.

First, she’ll announce the house in fourth place. Then, the third-place and the second place houses will be announced.

And finally, the winner of the House Cup!

All of your housemates will be incredibly excited if your house is the one to win the cup.

You’ll then be able to check this year’s House Cup results.

If your House was the one to win, you’ll be awarded 100 Gems! Hit the Collect button to claim this awesome reward!

Shortly after, the feast will begin and Year Four of your Hogwarts studies will come to an end.
