The Back to School Special Part 4

Introduction

Hello everyone, welcome to Part 4 of our Walkthrough for The Back to School Special Adventure of Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. In the previous part, you worked alongside Andre to overcome his creative block, assisted Mr. Nettle in tracking down a missing package of Newt spleens, and navigated a series of supply chain mishaps.

With those obstacles behind you, time is now your greatest enemy — the Hogwarts Express will soon depart, and you still need to gather the last of your potion ingredients. The clock is ticking, and every decision counts as you race to finish your preparations before the train leaves.

Proceed to the Apothecary when you are ready. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. When you arrive, you’ll inform Mr. Nettle that you’ve brought him the supplies yourself, explaining that Jae still has plenty of work to finish. He’s pleasantly surprised and will add that you’ve saved the day.

There are three different options to choose from. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they won’t impact the story.

You then set off to track down all the ingredients you still need to purchase here in the shop. To pick out ingredients, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. The five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

Bonus progress actions are tied to the potions on the right. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. Slide the screen left and right to check all available actions.

You’ll successfully gather everything you need for school. Now it’s time to head over to Andre to see if he’s finished your school robes.

Go to the Leaky Cauldron to continue the story. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say.

When you arrive at Andre, you will tell him you’ve gathered everything and only need your school robes. He will say they’re ready, but will want you to try them on so he can see if they fit properly.

To try on the Robes, you need to earn five stars within three hours. The five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

The bonus progress actions are tied to Andre. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. Slide the screen left and right to check all available actions. 

Shortly after that, Andre will ask you how you like your new school robes. There are three different options to choose from. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they won’t impact the story.

Now it’s time to head to the station and wait for the train to Hogwarts. You’ll need to wait three hours before you can continue. 

Head to King’s Cross Station once the waiting time is over. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. There, you’ll be with your friends waiting for the train, and Penny will ask you how you’re feeling about everything that happened.

Liz will interrupt your conversation and add that her frog, Sir Ribbithe, is missing, and the train will be leaving soon, so there’s no time to wait — it’s time to start looking for her frog.

To find Sir Ribbithe, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. The five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

Bonus progress actions are tied to Penny and the luggage. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. 

You will find Liz’s frog hiding among the students’ bags, and at that moment, a whistle will blow, signaling that the train is about to depart, so you’ll need to board quickly.

Go to the Hogwarts Express to continue the story. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. You will manage to board the train just in time, but you will not be able to find any empty seats. You will suggest that everyone look together for a spot where you can all sit.

To search for seats, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. Three stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

The bonus progress actions are tied to the luggage. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. Slide the screen left and right to check all available actions.  

You will finally find seats for your group of friends. You and your friends will comment that Diagon Alley is just like Hogwarts in that regard—you never know what to expect—and that these adventures are part of your learning experience. Penny will ask if you agree and whether you’ve learned anything.

There are three different options to choose from. These options will influence some dialogue that will follow, but they won’t impact the story.

In any case, after a brief conversation, you will agree that this has been an exciting adventure and that helping each other is what makes friendship meaningful.

This will mark the end of The Back to School Special Adventure. Hit the Collect button to claim your reward. You will receive 4 Gems,3 Chocolate Frogs, and 1000 Experience Points. You will also receive a Mended Robe.

This adventure comes to a close with a warm sense of accomplishment and camaraderie. Through unexpected challenges, chaotic Doxy invasions, missing books, and urgent preparations, you and your friends faced every obstacle together.
