Proceed to the Great Hall when you are ready. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. When you arrive, you’ll notice that the Headmaster is getting ready to announce the details of the first round, and you’ll be very excited.

He will explain that the teams must find a magical artifact on the school grounds and solve the mystery it leads to. He will also ask you to listen carefully to Madam Blackbird.

To listen to the clues, you need to earn five stars within one hour. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

Bonus progress actions are tied to Barnaby, Professor Dumbledore, and Madam Blackbird. Prioritize these actions to save some energy.

You will understand that Madam Blackbird provided two clues about the location, while the other two are uncertain. Penny will advise you to focus on sorting out the clues related to the locations first.

Based on the riddle, Penny will ask what you think the location refers to. The correct answer is the Quidditch Pitch.

Then, the next riddle will follow.

Based on the riddle, Penny will ask what you think the location refers to. The correct answer is the Duelling Room.

Following that, she will ask which location you want to visit first: the Quidditch Pitch or the Dueling Room. Whichever location you choose, the story will remain the same, so pick the one you prefer.

Following that, you will head to the location you chose.

Go to the Dueling Room / Quidditch Pitch to continue the story. When you arrive, you will see that Merula and Ismelda are already there, searching for the artifact.

Ismelda will step in front of Merula and try to discourage you from searching for the artifact. However, Barnaby will come to your defense, stepping up to face Ismelda, and they will begin a duel. Meanwhile, you will start searching for the artifact.

To find the artifact, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

Bonus progress actions are tied to Hufflepuff Tower, Merula, and your character. Prioritize these actions to save some energy.

Merula will spot a trunk on the Hufflepuff Tower and immediately rush toward it in an attempt to grab it.

However, midway through, you will intercept her and grab the trunk first, much to Merula’s displeasure.

Barnaby will comment that you make an excellent team, but Merula will retort that you only got lucky. There are three different options to choose from. All of them will eventually lead to the same outcome, so feel free to take your pick.

In any case, Merula will tell Ismelda to follow her, stating that there’s still another artifact to find. She’ll warn you not to think you’ve won, reminding you that the competition is far from over.
Once they leave, you’ll notice that the suitcase is secured with four locks. You’ll attempt to unlock them using Alohomora. Trace the wand movement carefully to cast the spell successfully.

However, the locks will remain firmly in place despite your efforts. Realizing this, you’ll decide it’s best to regroup with your entire team to figure out how to unlock the suitcase. Together, you might just find the solution to this challenge!

Proceed to the Transfiguration Classroom when you are ready. Upon arriving, you’ll notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you’re curious to see what they have to say. Additionally, both Penny and Corey will be puzzled by the four locks on the suitcase. You’ll explain that you already cast Alohomora, but it didn’t work. Each of them will then offer their own suggestions on how to approach the problem, hoping to uncover the key to unlocking the mysterious suitcase.

Barnaby will ask which option makes the most sense to you. The correct answer is to Cast a group charm.

Following that, you and your team will attempt to cast Alohomora together. This will require all of you to focus and synchronize your magic. Trace the wand movement to cast Alohomora and see if the combined effort is successful in unlocking the suitcase.

You will succeed, and inside the suitcase, you’ll discover Hodag’s Horn, a rare and magical artifact. The entire team will be thrilled by the discovery, realizing that this could be a significant step toward winning the competition.

Corey will mention that she and Penny discovered that one of the clues suggests you need to find a creature, and the other clue indicates that the right spell will lead you to it. She’ll then ask which spell should be used. The correct answer is “Avenseguim.”

Following that, you and Corey will go through the basics of Avenseguim.

To go over the basics, you need to earn five stars within three hours. All five stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

The bonus progress actions are tied to your character. Prioritize these actions to save some energy.

Not long after, you will cast Avenseguim. Trace the wand movement carefully to successfully perform the spell.

Once cast, a Hodag’s horn will begin to glow faintly and move toward the door, leading you toward the location of the creature connected to the clue.

Go to the Foggy Moor to find the Hodag. But unfortunately, when you arrive, you will once again run into the opposing team. They will smugly inform you that they’ve already found the Hodag, thanks to Liz Tuttle, who helped them by revealing where the creature might be. Merula will gloat about their apparent victory, leaving your team feeling frustrated but determined not to give up.

After thoroughly provoking you, they will leave with smug expressions. However, you and your team will remain determined not to give up. You’ll confidently claim that there are actually two Hodags and that they must have found yours. This will lead to the conclusion that it’s now your task to locate theirs. Barnaby, ever optimistic, will suggest that the second Hodag is likely nearby, urging everyone to stay focused and keep searching.

To search for another hodag, you need to earn five stars within eight hours. Three stars are required to pass. Since this task requires a lot of energy, it is recommended to start it with a full energy bar.

Bonus progress actions are tied to the pillar, the rock, Corey, and your character. Prioritize these actions to save some energy. Slide the screen left and right to check all available actions.

You will successfully locate the magical creature, the Hodag. Excitement will fill the air as the creature comes into view, marking a triumphant moment for your team. The Hodag will look both majestic and mysterious.

The creature will appear to be angry, and Barnaby will ask how you should approach the Hodag to earn its trust. There are three different options to choose from. All of them will eventually lead to the same outcome, so feel free to take your pick.

In any case, your efforts will pay off, and the Hodag will begin to trust you, calming down significantly. Your team will start celebrating, realizing that you’re still in the competition and have a solid chance at victory.

This will mark the end of Part 2 of The International Confederation of Wizards Challenge Adventure. Hit the Collect button to claim your reward. You will receive 3 Gems and 1 Chocolate Frog.
