Introduction

Hello witches and wizards, young people in love, and welcome to our Part 3 of our Walkthrough for Ticket to Love Adventure of Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery.

Last time, after talking to Gilderoy Lockhart, you went back to the library to ask Penny about her ideas on love. After giving it some thought, she told you that when you love someone, you support them. You then went to see Hagrid and ask him to share his ideas on love with you.

Unfortunately, he was busy helping an injured bowtruckle, so you offered to assist him with that. While he couldn’t find the right words to express himself, you realized that for him, love is about caretaking and putting others’ needs before your own.

Barnaby completely agreed with that definition of love. Just before you left the garden, you received an owl from Talbott, asking you to meet him at the Astronomy Tower. He offered to help you with your essay and share his thoughts on love with you.

He explained that love is something that happens completely unexpectedly, like a miracle. Later on, you went to the training grounds to meet with Badeea, who also offered to help you with your essay. She told you that love is like art.

It takes time and dedication, and it doesn’t always happen out of the blue. She advised you to find a couple who have been together for years and talk to them about their ideas on love. Still, you were unsure where to find one such couple.

Walkthrough

Since the adventure is available for students of Year 5 and above, the star and attribute requirements for certain tasks might be different for you, depending on your current progress of the main story.]

Badeea suggested you visit Hogsmeade Station and look there. Proceed there when you are ready. Once you arrive, you will notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you want to see what they have to say. After taking a look around, you will spot plenty of interesting witches and wizards of all ages. Hopefully, you will be able to find a couple who will be willing to help you.

Once you do that, you will have everything you need to write a wonderful essay. Finding a couple requires earning five stars within three hours. You need all five stars to pass. So do not start this task if your energy is low.

Be sure to slide the screen left and right to see all the available actions. As usual, prioritize completing bonus actions to save some energy.

Unfortunately, you won’t find the older couple, but you will find Bill Weasley. He’ll be happy to see you. He will tell you that he’s been running some errands for his parents. Your friend will wonder what you’re doing at the station. Apparently, many Hogwarts students already know that you’re working on an essay. You’ll tell Bill you are looking for a couple who have been together for many years.

You will say that you’ve already talked to some of your friends and heard about their ideas on love. Bill will be curious to know which one of your friends you agree with most. There are three options to choose from. This choice won’t significantly impact the story, so feel free to go with the option you prefer.

Bill will tell you to expect the unexpected when it comes to love. He’ll recall how much he was infatuated with Emily before he got to know her. You will thank him for the advice and say that you need to find an older couple to talk to. Luckily, Bill might be able to help you with that.

He’ll tell you that his parents will be celebrating their anniversary soon, so you might be able to talk to them about their ideas on love. According to Bill, his parents should be back home at the Burrow. The following line will differ, based on whether or not you’ve met Arthur and Molly Weasley before. You’ll decide to go to the Burrow and talk to Bill’s parents.

You will need to wait four hours before you can continue. Since you will probably be low on energy at this point, it is recommended to wait and let your energy recharge in the meantime.

Proceed to the Burrow once the waiting time is over. The Weasley’s home will look very impressive. You will spot Bill’s parents standing nearby.

Molly and Arthur will happily greet you when you arrive. If this is your first time meeting them, these lines will differ slightly.

As it seems, Bill already informed them that you’re coming. You’ll tell them about the contest organized by the Hogwarts Express Railway Authority. You will also say that you’re writing an essay on love. You’ll then tell them you’ve talked to some of your friends to gather their ideas on love.

All you need now is to talk to a couple who have been together for a long time, and you will have everything you need for your essay.

Unfortunately, Mr. Weasley will be too busy to help you. He’ll suggest you talk to his wife. She will remind him that she has a lot of work to do. Arthur will wonder if you could talk to them after Valentine’s Day. Sadly, by then, the essay contest will already be over.

Mr. Weasley will wonder if there’s anything they can do to help you. You’ll offer to help them with their tasks. That way, you could talk to them while working. After giving it some thought, both of them will agree to your suggestion. You’ll be happy to hear that.

You will then get to talk to the Weasleys about the tasks they need to complete. This requires earning five stars within eight hours. All five stars are needed to pass.

Be sure to slide the screen left and right to see all the available actions. There are reward actions tied to Mr. and Mrs. Weasley and your character. Prioritize those if you want to save as much energy as possible.

You will learn that Mrs. Weasley has several chores to do at the Burrow, and Mr. Weasley is needed at the Ministry. You’ll suggest staying with Mrs. Weasley at the Burrow. That way, you can interview her while helping her with the chores. And after that, you can meet with Mr. Weasley at the Ministry. Arthur will like your plan. Before leaving, he will leave you a note over by the garage with the precise address for where to meet him.

As soon as he leaves, you will tell Mrs. Weasley that you are willing to help her with the housework. She will admit that she wasn’t completely honest when she told you about the chores. You’ll wonder what she means by that. Mrs. Weasley will tell you that she has already done all her chores. But there is something important she still has to do.

You’ll be curious to know what she needs help with. She will tell you that she still needs to get a Valentine’s Day present for her husband. According to her, something Muggle-y would be great.

Unfortunately, she won’t be sure what to get. She’ll ask if you know anyone who could get a Muggle artifact. Thankfully, you know the person who might be able to help.

You will be quite sure that Jae can find the perfect Muggle gift for Mr. Weasley. However, he will most likely want something in return. You’ll ask Molly if there’s anything she can give him in exchange for the Muggle item.

After thinking about it for a moment, she’ll say there are three items she can trade. You will be able to choose which item to trade for the Muggle artifact. This choice will take effect during the next task, but it won’t affect the story in any big way, so feel free to pick whichever item you prefer.

You’ll decide to contact Jae and set up a meeting at Knockturn Alley. Mrs. Weasley will point out that Knockturn Alley is not the nicest place. You will assure her that there is nothing to worry about. A short time later, the two of you will leave.

Proceed to Knockturn Alley once you are ready to continue. Thankfully, you won’t need to wait too long for Jae to arrive. Mrs. Weasley will thank you for helping her find a gift for her husband. She’ll say that she can answer your questions while waiting for Jae. You will tell her you’ve already spoken to several of your friends. All you need now is the perspective of a couple who have been together for a long time.

Molly will say that she was around your age when she first met Arthur. You’ll learn that the two of them used to sneak out at night to take romantic walks together in the moonlight. One time, they nearly got caught.

Mrs. Weasley will tell you that young lovers often risk anything to be together.

She’ll ask if you decided to enter the contest for someone you fancy. There are two options to reply with. If you are dating or would like to date any of the datable characters, it is highly recommended to pick the first option.

Moments later, Jae will arrive. He will apologize for keeping you waiting. He’ll say that he has the perfect Muggle gift for Mr. Weasley. He will point at the items he brought.

You’ll be curious to know what it is. Jae will say that it is a tape recorder and a tape cassette. Molly will kindly ask him to explain what those are. He will say a few words about the tape recorder.

Mrs. Weasley will ask him to explain everything about this curious Muggle artifact. Listening to Jae requires earning five stars within three hours. All five stars are needed to pass, so avoid starting this task if you are low on energy.

There are bonus actions tied to Mrs. Weasley and the tape recorder. Focus on those if you want to save some energy.

You will learn that the tape recorder can be used to record songs onto the tape. According to Jae, Muggles use those artifacts to record a mix of romantic songs.

Mrs. Weasley will be sure that her husband is going to love the tape recorder. She will thank Jae for it. She’ll also thank you for arranging everything.

You will tell Jae you want to give him something in return for the Muggle artifact. You’ll show him the item you chose earlier. The following line will differ, based on the item you brought. Jae will admit there is something else he would like in return for helping you.

He’ll ask you to consider bringing him on your Valentine’s train ride. If you are exclusively dating Jae, you will get some additional lines of dialogue. Jae will hope you will think of him when you make your decision. Thanks to his help, you will be closer to finishing your essay.

However, you will need to talk to Mr. Weasley before you can start piecing everything together. Molly will offer to direct you to Arthur’s office in the Ministry. You’ll take out the note Mr. Weasley left for you earlier. According to the note, you are supposed to meet him in the forest. Mrs. Weasley will be slightly surprised to hear that.

You will decide to head to the forest and meet Mr. Weasley. Proceed there when you are ready. You will be surprised to see Chaira. She’ll wonder what you are doing in the forest.

You will tell her you came to meet Mr. Weasley. Arthur will be glad to see you.

You’ll ask if he is still able to help you with your essay. He will say that he is happy to talk with you about your project. But before that, he will tell you he is looking for a Valentine’s Day gift for his wife.

Chiara will say that she’s helping him. Apparently, she stumbled upon him just as he was about to wander into the Acromantula colony. Arthur will admit that it was quite a long time since he last visited the forest.

He’ll say that he’s looking for a particular black flower for Molly.

According to Chiara, some of these flowers should be around. Unfortunately, they haven’t had much luck finding the flowers. You offer to help them find them. Mr. Weasley will happily accept your help. To find the black flowers, you will need to earn five stars within eight hours. All five stars are needed to pass.

There is a bonus action tied to Chiara. Focus on her actions if you want to save a bit of energy.

Luckily, the three of you will find the flowers for Mrs. Weasley.

Now you should be able to complete your interview with Arthur. Before that, you’ll recall Chiara saying she wants to help with your essay as well. She will share her perspective with you.

Mr. Weasley will agree with her and say that his relationship with Molly is different from what it was when they first fell in love.

He’ll tell you that love can blossom over time, just like beautiful flowers. He will thank you for helping him find a wonderful gift for his wife. And you will thank him for sharing his perspective with you.

Chiara will figure out that you will soon have to decide who to bring on your Valentine’s Day train ride. If you are exclusively dating Chiara, you will get some additional lines of dialogue.

Still, you will have to win the contest before you can decide who to bring on a date. Now that you have all the different ideas you need, all that’s left is to figure out how to present them in your essay. Perhaps Andre might be able to help you with that…
